"I have always loved learning and had been looking for something new to learn within the hospitality industry. The Owner Mike and Manager Cam at Earp Distilling encourage staff to learn and move upwards. Hence getting me obsessed with the distilling world."

"Making a product that is well received/loved"
WHAT HAVE YOU FOUND TO BE THE BIGGEST CHALLENGES IN THE INDUSTRY?
"As I'm still fairly new to the industry, I find the biggest challenge trying to keep up with the boys when it comes to information and understanding the information given, as I do have a slight learning disability."

"Taste them.. you would be very surprised at the amazing flavours you can find right here."
